P-05 Papermaking Felt Cleaner is developed using advanced surfactant chelation technology. It is highly effective at removing mineral scale, titanium precipitates, clay, dyes, aluminum deposits, resin stickies, and other stubborn soils. It is a high-efficiency alkaline cleaning aid specifically designed for paper machine felts and fabrics. Its powerful cleaning performance significantly reduces unscheduled downtime for cleaning, lowers energy and steam consumption during production, keeps the paper machine operating efficiently, notably increases output, and reduces the overall cost per ton of paper.

Application Instructions
Online cleaning (during operation)
Add continuously to low-pressure shower pipes and spray onto the paper machine fabric/felt.
Offline cleaning (machine stopped)
Dilute with water to a concentration of 4.0%–10%, soak for 10–20 minutes, then rinse thoroughly with high-pressure water.
