PR-07 is a new-generation water cylinder release agent synthesized from high-end organic silicone raw materials. It exhibits excellent film-forming properties and heat resistance, delivering triple effects of lubrication, release, and gloss enhancement. It thoroughly resolves sticking issues caused by ink residues, resin precipitation, cationic starch, etc., ensuring paper sheets are free from oil spots and stains. Widely applicable in the production of writing paper, double adhesive paper, tissue paper, light paper, aluminum foil backing paper, corrugating medium, linerboard, fruit wrapping paper, and more - especially suitable for scenarios with high surface quality requirements.

Application Instructions

Addition methods

- Spray method (recommended): Use a metering pump to inject the product into a dilution tank, dilute with room temperature soft water at the specified ratio, then apply evenly onto the dryer surface via a high-pressure pump.

- Pulp addition: Add directly into the pulp system.

Recommended dosage

0.3 – 1.0 kg per metric ton of dry pulp. The specific dosage should be adjusted based on paper basis weight, machine speed, and release difficulty.

Q1: Will it corrode the Yankee dryer?

▶ No. Our water-based cylinder release agent uses a neutral to weakly alkaline formulation, with pH strictly controlled within a safe range (typically 7–9). It contains no strong acids, strong alkalis, or halogen-based corrosive components.

Q2: What is the VOC content? Is it environmentally compliant?

▶ As a water-based product, our release agent has extremely low VOC content (<50 g/L, well below national standards) and contains no formaldehyde, benzene, or other hazardous substances.
