PR-06 Dry Net Cleaning Agentis developed using advanced surfactant chelation technology. It is highly effective at removing starch residues, resin stickies, adhesives, mineral scale, filler deposits, sludge, and thermoset deposits. It is a high-efficiency alkaline cleaning aid specifically designed for the dryer section fabrics of paper machines. It optimizes cleaning efficiency, rapidly restores dryer fabric permeability and drying efficiency, protects polyester dryer fabrics, reduces cleaning frequency, significantly reduces unscheduled downtime for cleaning, and lowers the overall cost per ton of paper.

Application Instructions

Online cleaning (during operation)

Add continuously to low-pressure shower pipes and spray evenly onto the paper machine dryer fabric. Recommended dosage: 200–500 ppm.

Offline cleaning (machine stopped)

Dilute with water to a concentration of 5.0%–10%, apply by spraying at creeping speed, and allow to soak for 10–20 minutes. Then rinse thoroughly with high-pressure water.
