PR-02 Papermaking Stickies Control Agent is formulated with cationic polymer and specialized dispersing components. It features high temperature resistance, high salt tolerance, no residue, and easy biodegradability, making it highly efficient and environmentally friendly. It is suitable for various pulping processes within a pH range of 4.0–10.0. Through four mechanisms - neutralization, capture, dispersion, and removal - it effectively treats various sticky contaminants in recycled pulp, including hot melts, pressure-sensitive adhesives, coating binders, waxes, and resins. It fundamentally prevents the aggregation and deposition of stickies, eliminating production issues and paper defects such as wire/fabric plugging, Yankee dryer sticking, sheet breaks, spots, and holes. It is suitable for the production of various cultural paper, packaging paper, and tissue paper.

Usage Instructions

Continuous Addition

Dilute 10–20 times with water, then add continuously after the pulper, into the pulp chest, or before the fan pump. Recommended dosage: 0.2–0.8 kg per metric ton of bone-dry pulp. For severe stickies contamination, the dosage can be increased to 1.0 kg per metric ton of bone-dry pulp.

Shock / Slug Addition

Dilute 5–10 times with water, then spray directly into the pulp chest or onto the wire section, circulating for 3–5 minutes.
