PR-03 Bactericidal Deodorant is formulated with high-efficiency biocides and odor-decomposing components. It complies with tissue paper hygiene standards, is compatible with various additives used in pulping and wet end processes, does not harm water treatment microorganisms, and does not affect pulp strength or sizing performance. It is suitable for pulping, papermaking, wastewater treatment, and other stages in various paper mills, addressing issues such as malodors in the papermaking workshop, paper odor, and microbial slime growth at the source. It features low toxicity, low corrosivity, and easy degradation, complying with discharge standards for pulp and paper industry water pollutants. It is safe and environmentally friendly.

Application Instructions

Continuous addition

Add neat or after dilution of 5–10 times continuously to the pulp tower, white water tank, or wastewater treatment tank. Recommended dosage: 50–200 ppm (based on system water volume). Under high temperature, high humidity, or severe odor conditions, the dosage can be increased to 250 ppm.

Batch/shock addition

After dilution of 3–5 times, spray onto contaminated areas and let sit for 10–20 minutes.

Q1: Can it be mixed with other water treatment chemicals?

▶ It can be used together with flocculants, PFS, PAC, PDMDAAC, etc. It is recommended to add them at separate points to avoid direct high-concentration mixing.

▶ Batch-to-batch concentration is stable, and the sterilization and odor removal effects are consistent. It can serve as a long-term replacement for similar products with high cost-effectiveness.
