Applications and Features

WT-102 PAM Flocculant is a water-soluble organic polymer. It is a core agent for industrial wastewater treatment, sludge dewatering, and papermaking strength enhancement. At dosages as low as 1–10 ppm, it forms dense flocs and improves sludge dewatering efficiency by 50%. It is widely used in industrial wastewater flocculation and sedimentation, papermaking sludge dewatering, retention and drainage aid applications, mining tailings treatment, printing and dyeing wastewater decolorization, oilfield drilling, and general water treatment. The anionic type is suitable for inorganic wastewater, the cationic type for organic sludge, offering broad applicability.

FAQ

Q1: How can I quickly determine which grade is suitable for my site?

▶ Provide information on your water source, pH value, and sludge solids content. We can send free samples for jar testing in your lab. Compare flocculation speed, floc size, and settling rate to select the most cost-effective grade.

Q2: Does a higher molecular weight always mean better performance?

▶ No, it does not. Matching the product to your specific water conditions is most important. Blindly choosing a high molecular weight product can lead to higher dosage requirements, increased viscosity, difficulty in dissolution, and higher costs. The right fit is what matters most.
