Details

WT-301 is a high-efficiency compound polycarboxylate antiscalant. It can effectively inhibit the crystallization of various insoluble salts such as calcium carbonate, calcium sulfate, barium sulfate and silica scale. It prevents scaling on membrane surfaces, improves water production capacity and water quality, reduces cleaning frequency, and extends the service life of membrane elements.

Application Scope

RO antiscalants are mainly applied in reverse osmosis, nanofiltration and ultrafiltration water treatment systems.

Usage Method

Dosing point

Online continuous dosing before 5μm security filter.

Recommended dosage

2–5 ppm (adjust according to raw water hardness and recovery rate).

Dilution method

Can be dosed in stock solution directly or diluted 2–10 times.

Precautions

Avoid direct mixing with strong alkaline substances.

A: Direct mixing is not allowed. It is recommended to adopt separate dosing points and staggered dosing to prevent component reactions and efficacy reduction.
