Application Scope
This product adapts to the curing process of high-speed paper machines. Formaldehyde-free, eco-friendly and low-toxic, it can cross-link and cure with starch and protein-based adhesives. It rapidly improves the dry and wet picking strength and wet rub resistance of coatings. It is suitable for the production of various coated paper grades, including coated white board, grey board, food packaging paper and containerboard, delivering dense and stable coating film formation.
Usage Method
It is recommended to add this product after the completion of coating adhesive addition. Add at a constant speed manually or automatically, and stir thoroughly afterwards to ensure sufficient cross-linking reaction of the system. The recommended dosage ranges from 0.2% to 0.7% based on the oven-dry weight of pigments, which can be adjusted appropriately according to paper grades and coating formulas.
