PR-08 Mineral Oil Release Agent is a new generation specialty papermaking additive synthesized using advanced foreign technology and formulated with mineral oil, fatty acid esters, and various high-quality natural imported raw materials. It forms a uniform protective film on the dryer surface, significantly reducing wear between the dryer surface and doctor blades, ensuring continuous and stable operation of the production line. It exhibits outstanding release performance, effectively reduces paper dust generation, prevents paper sticking and dusting, and greatly improves the finished product yield. It is fully adaptable to the production of various paper grades including writing paper, duplex paper, tissue paper, lightweight paper, aluminum foil backing paper, corrugating medium, linerboard, fruit wrap paper, and ritual paper.

Usage Instructions
Addition Methods
- Spray onto Yankee Dryer Surface: Dilute 50–200 times with water, then spray evenly onto the dryer surface for rapid lubrication and release.
- In-line Dilution / Pulp Addition: Suitable for in-line dilution systems on production lines; can be added directly to the pulp system, offering flexible process control and precise adjustment.
Dosage Reference
Under normal operating conditions, the dosage is 0.5–1 kg per ton of paper. The specific dosage should be adjusted appropriately based on parameters such as finished paper basis weight, paper machine speed, and paper width.
