PR-10 Yankee Dryer Coating Modifier is formulated with protective phosphates and specialty surfactant components. It is suitable for all tissue paper machines using virgin pulp or wastepaper pulp, and is compatible with various Yankee dryer three-component coating systems. It optimizes coating leveling, precisely regulates coating thickness and flexibility, reduces dryer scratches and surface damage, lowers doctor blade wear and vibration, extends the service life of both the Yankee dryer and doctor blades, and reduces downtime. The product complies with tissue paper hygiene and safety standards and can be used in the production of food-contact grade and household tissue paper.

Application Instructions
Addition method
▶ Apply directly onto the Yankee dryer surface using a dedicated spray system.
▶ Can also be applied independently at the dryer doctor blade position.
Recommended dosage
0.1–0.5 kg per ton of paper (based on finished paper).
