Application Scope
FU-04 has low dependence on aluminum sulfate. It improves the retention of fillers and fine fibers, and endows paper with good water resistance. This product has passed SGS and national key laboratory tests for food contact materials. Its chloropropanol content is less than 10ppm. It is a high-quality food-grade internal Rosin Sizing Agent. It is widely used in packaging paper, cultural paper and low-grade tissue paper. It ensures smooth papermaking and prevents wire sticking.
Usage Method
Dilute this product 3 to 5 times with normal temperature water before adding to pulp. It can also be added continuously through a metering pump. The recommended adding position is in front of the fan pump. The standard dosage ranges from 0.3% to 3.5%.The applicable pH value is 5 to 6.5.Filter with an 80-100 mesh screen before use. This operation avoids paper defects.
