PR-09 Papermaking Cylinder Adhesive Agent is a waterborne polymer solution formulated from polyamide that crosslinks at Yankee dryer operating temperatures, together with protective additives. It is primarily used to regulate coating build-up on the Yankee dryer and the adhesion of the paper web. When sprayed onto the Yankee surface, it forms a thick coating that protects the dryer and improves heat transfer between the dryer and the paper web. It complies with hygiene standards for food and consumer products and is mainly used in various tissue papers, especially suitable for paper machine processes using wastepaper pulp as raw material.
