Application Scope

This product has long-lasting water resistance. It does not affect the operation of the papermaking wire section. It has good compatibility and strengthens the firmness of fiber cross-linking. It is easily absorbed by fibers, non-toxic and non-irritating. It is widely suitable for the production of tissue paper, packaging paper and specialty paper.

FU-02 has excellent performance, is environmentally friendly and non-toxic. It is widely used in papers requiring wet strength, such as food packaging paper, tissue paper, fruit bags, decorative paper, packaging paper and newsprint. In addition, FU-02 not only has an obvious effect on the wet strength of paper, but also can increase the dry strength by 20%. Finally, it helps improve pulp drainage and papermaking speed. It also increases the retention rate of fillers, sizes and fine fibers.

Usage Method

Dilute this product 3 to 5 times with clean cold water before use. The diluted concentration shall be controlled at 2.5%~4%. Stir evenly after dilution and use it as soon as possible. The recommended dosage is 0.5% to 1.5% based on oven-dried pulp.

Q: Can this wet strength Agent be supplied in other solid content?

A: Yes. Besides the standard 12.5%, 15%, 18% and 25% grades are available. We also provide new low-chlorine eco-friendly wet strength Agent for options.

Q: Does wet strength Agent have other functions besides improving paper wet strength?

A: This product can act as a retention aid for rosin emulsion and fortified rosin size. It also works as an enhancer for neutral sizing Agent and a modifier for cationic starch, to improve overall paper stability.

Q: Will the addition of wet strength Agent affect paper whiteness?

A: FU-02 features good compatibility. It will not reduce finished paper whiteness. It does not conflict with other pulp additives. It ensures smooth papermaking and less wire fouling, with strong process adaptability.
