Application Scope
This Agent effectively improves the stiffness, ring crush strength and tensile strength of finished paper. It is suitable for packaging paper such as containerboard, corrugated base paper and cardboard. While ensuring stable physical properties of paper, it can reduce virgin pulp consumption or increase machine speed, bringing remarkable economic benefits to manufacturers.
Usage Method
It is recommended to dilute this product to a concentration of 1%–5% before use. Add the diluted solution to the pulping tank, or pipelines before the fan pump or size press. The optimal addition point and dosage shall be determined by tests according to paper grade, pulp ratio and production conditions. The general recommended dosage is 0.5%–2.0% based on oven-dry pulp.
