Application Scope
This product is suitable for the coating processes of high-end food board, cigarette board and coated paper. It optimizes coating rheology, protects coating blades, and enhances finished paper gloss and printability. It eliminates common industry problems such as calendering powder shedding and folding cracking. With much lower dosage than traditional lubricants, it presents remarkable cost-performance advantages.
Usage Method
It is recommended to add this product in the later stage of coating preparation, after the addition of adhesives. No dilution is required. Stir at low speed for 5 to 10 minutes to ensure complete integration of the emulsion and coating. The recommended dosage is 0.6%～1.5% based on the oven-dry weight of pigments. Excessive addition may cause abnormal coating viscosity and reduced printability.
