Application Scope

This product features a wide range of applications, with excellent heat resistance and compatibility, stable viscosity, favorable gloss retention, low foam, non-toxicity, non-corrosiveness and odor-free performance. It serves as a high-performance dispersant for various pigments in papermaking coating formulations. It is compatible with inorganic pigments such as china clay, calcium carbonate, titanium dioxide and aluminum hydroxide. It presents outstanding dispersion performance with high concentration and low viscosity, along with high temperature resistance and superior stability, making it well-suited for high-speed coating machines.

Usage Method

It is recommended to add this product at the initial stage of the pigment dispersion process. Dilute it with 1 to 3 times of water and stir evenly before dosing for better dispersion. Keep stirring for 5 to 10 minutes after addition to ensure uniform dispersion of the whole system. The recommended dosage is 0.1%～0.6% based on the oven-dry weight of pigments. Fine adjustment can be made according to pigment types and dispersion curves to achieve the optimal coating performance.
