Application Scope

This product delivers broad-spectrum bacteriostasis and sterilization, and exhibits high efficiency against bacteria, fungi, yeasts and other microbial groups. It is especially suitable for daily maintenance of circulating water, RO systems and papermaking white water.

Usage Method

It is recommended for continuous dosing at a concentration of 0.5–3 ppm for routine maintenance. For shock sterilization, intermittent dosing at 5–20 ppm is advised 1–2 times a week. Add the product at the collection tank, cooling tower and upstream of the security filter. Avoid mixing with strong oxidants during application.

Q: Is there any compatibility conflict with anionic papermaking chemicals?

A: It has excellent overall compatibility and will not cause flocculation and failure reactions with anionic starch, sizing agents and dispersants.

Q: How to avoid microbial drug resistance with long-term single dosing?

A: It is recommended to use it alternately with oxidizing biocides intermittently to rotate the bacteriostatic mechanism and reduce microbial resistance.

Q: Can it be directly used for shock dosing under severe rotten pulp conditions?

A: It is applicable for shock sterilization treatment, which can accurately strip rotten pulp biofilm without corroding equipment or damaging the charge balance of the wet end system.
