Paper Bulking Agent

This product is suitable for various paper types such as toilet paper, joss paper and container base paper. It effectively improves paper thickness, bulkiness and volume, and optimizes hand feel and physical properties. It solves common defects of recycled pulp, including hard compaction, thin texture, stiffness and high brittleness. The finished paper becomes thick and fluffy with comfortable touch. It ensures stable operation of the paper machine and features excellent compatibility with various additives.

Dilute the bulking Agent with 3 to 5 times clean water and stir evenly before use, then add it into the finished pulp tank. It is recommended to prepare the dilution for immediate use. Direct addition in the pulping tank is also available. The dosage ranges from 2 to 5 kilograms per ton of paper, adjusted according to the required bulking effect. Stir fully in the pulp tank before papermaking. The mixing time shall be no less than 10 minutes. Longer stirring enables more uniform mixing and higher bulking degree of pulp.
