PR-01C Fatty Alcohol Defoamer is a highly efficient, environmentally friendly fatty alcohol defoamer formulated with an advanced fatty alcohol and fatty acid derivative system. It is specifically designed for the papermaking wet end section, operating stably within a temperature range of 25°C to 45°C. It quickly eliminates foam generated during the papermaking process while offering excellent long-term foam suppression. It adapts to various working conditions in the papermaking section, helping improve production efficiency. It disperses easily in water, contains no NP or APEO, and complies with industry environmental requirements.

Application Instructions

▶ Yes. The main components of this defoamer are derived from natural fatty acids and fatty alcohols, offering high biodegradability.

Q2: Is it compatible with our wet end chemicals (e.g., sizing agents)?

▶ Yes, the formulation is designed to be chemically inert. It does not react with common wet end additives such as AKD/ASA sizing agents or cationic starch, greatly reducing the risk of sticky deposits.

Q3: Can it solve the "microfine bubble degassing" problem in pulp?

▶ It excels at that. The higher alcohol defoamer features a long molecular chain and strong hydrophobic rigidity, allowing it to quickly penetrate the liquid film and break through the fiber-bubble interface layer.
